Removal of viruses, apply updates to active antivirus definitions and Windows. NOTE: A format/reload is HIGHLY recommended in cases of virus/spyware infection.
Format/Reload $75-95
Format of hard drive and reinstallation of licensed operating system. Customers may request document backup and/or installation of other licensed software.
Component Installation $35
Intall and setup cards, drives, ram, and external devices. Laptop and proprietary desktop installations may be additional.
Data Recovery $45
Recover and burn data to CD-R or DVD-R media or copy to user supplied hard drive or flash drive. Installed applications and certain other files (such as those infected with malware agents) can NOT be archived. Additional discs $7.50 each.

Service Retainer

The PreCare Service pack
allows you to pre-purchase service at a discounted hourly rate for onsite
service, phone support, remote support or at Precision Computer’s Office
(referred to as ‘depot’ service). Retainer can be used for any repair,
consulting, installations or networking service labor during normal business
hours, but can not be used for hardware purchases.
